Hi there!  My son is also 14 months and he eats everything!

He has cereal in the morning and before he goes down for a nap he has 8oz of milk (Nestle Good Start w/Omega).

When he wakes up he plays for about 45min or so and then I will give him lunch.  I try to give him different foods like potato, steamed mixed veggies, fresh fish, rice, pasta with or without sauce...pretty much everything we eat, just softer and smaller pieces.  Cantelope is a wonderful food and snacks/cookies are ok too.

You know your baby better than anyone else and I think you're doing a wonderful job :)

Regarding the switch to homo milk, my son is still on formula and I have gradually started to mix the homo milk with his formula until his system gets used to whole milk.  I have been replacing 2oz of formula with 2oz homo milk and the rest is formula.  I believe that it's easier to adapt this way!
