I have a 14 year old who refuses to go to a paint balling party. Said yes but on the day of the party feels sick - this has happened the last four times. Tough situation because if he is not comfortable he should say no ahead of time rather than waiting and I do not want to push him to go. Any suggestions?

Perhaps the two of you could go paintballing together one day. That would allow him to experience paintballing within his comfort zone.
